COLOMBO: SriLankan Airlines has requested all passengers to arrive at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) four hours prior to their departure time, effective from Monday 18 June 2018.
The airline said in a travel alert that this was mainly due to a series of renovation works expected to commence shortly at the emigration counter areas of the departure terminal at BIA.
“SriLankan Airlines would like to express our sincere apologies for inconveniencing our passengers and appreciate your patience, understanding and usual corporation under these circumstances that are beyond the control of the airline,” the travel alert said.
